These terms of sale are concluded, on the one hand, by Etablissements Lebreton, whose registered office is located at 44 Boulevard de Châteaubriant, 35500 Vitré, registered with the Rennes Trade and Companies Registry under the number 393 820 469 00053, hereinafter referred to as “Etablissements Lebreton,” and, on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase through the Etablissements Lebreton website, hereinafter referred to as “the buyer.”

Purpose
These terms of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between Etablissements Lebreton and the buyer, as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the Etablissements Lebreton online store.
Whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer, the acquisition of a product or service through this website implies the buyer’s unconditional acceptance of these terms of sale.
These terms of sale shall prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly agreed upon by Etablissements Lebreton.
Etablissements Lebreton reserve the right to modify their terms of sale at any time.
In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in effect at the time of the buyer’s order.
Characteristics of the Goods and Services Offered
The products and services offered are those listed in the catalog published on the Etablissements Lebreton website.
These products and services are offered within the limits of available stock.
Each product is accompanied by a description provided by the supplier; for some of them, the buyer may have access to the supplier’s documentation.
The photographs in the catalog are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to colors.
It is explicitly stated that the color of the products in the photos is not contractual; it may vary based on the leather supplies at Etablissements Lebreton.
Prices
The products on this website are intended for quasi-professional use, and the prices in the catalog are therefore displayed in euros, excluding taxes, and are aimed at a professional clientele. VAT is applicable at the time of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the prices of products or services.
Etablissements Lebreton reserve the right to change their prices at any time, with the understanding that the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only price applicable to the buyer.
The prices indicated do not include order processing, shipping, and delivery fees, as long as they take place in the geographical areas specified below. These fees are defined at the time of cart validation, based on the chosen country and desired delivery method.
Geographic Area
The online sale of products and services presented on the website is reserved for buyers residing in France, the French Overseas Territories (Dom-Tom), Monaco, and the European Zone, for deliveries required in these geographic areas.
For all orders outside of France, please contact us directly.
Orders
The buyer who wishes to purchase a product or service must:
- Complete the identification form, providing all requested contact details or provide their customer number if they have one.
- Fill out the online order form, specifying all product or service references.
- Confirm the order after reviewing it.
- Make payment as specified.
- Confirm the order and payment.
Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these terms of sale, recognition of having perfect knowledge of them, and a waiver of the buyer’s own purchase conditions or other conditions.
All data provided and the confirmation recorded will constitute proof of the transaction.
The confirmation will be considered as a signature and acceptance of the operations carried out. The seller will communicate confirmation of the recorded order via email.
Right of Withdrawal
Non-professional individual buyers have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the delivery of their order.
The return of the product to the seller for exchange or refund is done without penalty, except for shipping fees in the case of an exchange.
For products related to animals (e.g., lifting harnesses, weighing equipment), the withdrawal period does not apply to goods that have been used and are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene.
Payment Terms
The price is payable at the time of the order. All orders must be paid in full at the time of the order.
Prepayment does not entitle the buyer to any discount.
Payments will be made by credit card through the secure Paypal or Citélis system, which uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol to encrypt transmitted information so that no third party can access it during transport over the network.
In the case of payment by check, Etablissements Lebreton will not ship the order until the payment has been confirmed.
The buyer can download an invoice in PDF format showing the VAT.
Ownership Reservation: Transfer of ownership occurs after full payment is validated.
Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form, which must be within the agreed-upon geographic area.
Delivery times are indicative; Etablissements Lebreton organize themselves to meet the indicated deadlines.
The buyer assumes responsibility for the products from the moment they leave the premises of Etablissements Lebreton.
In the event of damage during transport, a reasoned protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
Delivery times are given for reference; if they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated, and the buyer will be refunded.
Warranty
All products provided by the seller are covered by the legal warranty provided for in articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to the seller, who will take it back, exchange it, or refund it.
All claims, exchange requests, or refund requests must be made within thirty days of delivery, by mail to the following address:

Liability
In the online sales process, the seller is only bound by an obligation of means; the seller’s liability cannot be engaged for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network, such as data loss, intrusion, viruses, service disruption, or other unintentional issues.

No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use, in any way, even in part, elements of the website, whether they are software, visual, or auditory.

Personal Data
In accordance with the law on computing, files, and freedoms of January 6, 1978, personal data regarding buyers may be subject to automated processing.
Etablissements Lebreton reserve the right to collect information about buyers, including through the use of cookies, and, if desired, to transmit collected information to business partners.
Buyers may object to the disclosure of their contact
information by notifying Etablissements Lebreton at contact@lebretonartisan.com. Likewise, users have the right to access and rectify data concerning them, in accordance with the law of January 6, 1978. The automated processing of information, including the management of email addresses of website users, has been declared to the CNIL and bears the number 1391097.
Archiving
- Proof: Etablissements Lebreton will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium, constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of Article 1348 of the Civil Code.
The computerized records of Etablissements Lebreton will be considered by the parties as evidence of communications, orders, payments, and transactions between the parties.
Dispute Resolution
These terms of sale are subject to French law. In case of a dispute, jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts, regardless of the plurality of defendants or recourse in warranty.
